Syringa vulgaris
Sensation Lilacs produce deep purple flowers, each petal variegated with white edging for a spectacular show. They are also sweetly scented. They grow best in a neutral to slightly alkaline soil and enjoy the addition of lime.
Lilacs grow best in a full sun to part shade position and can also be grown in pots. They generally grow to between 2 – 3m but can be trimmed to suit.
16″/40cm pot
FRESHLY POTTED – This product has been re-planted into a larger pot as it has outgrown its previous pot. Soil may fall away easily from the root ball when planting but not to worry! Just be delicate with any new roots forming when planting.
