Salvia officinalis
Tricolour Sage is grown primarily for its ornamental qualities (foliage), but it also has culinary properties. It is a compact, shrubby perennial which has oblong leaves which are marbled with greyish-green, white and purple and edged with pink. Leaves are strongly aromatic and may be used fresh or dried in cooking. Mature growth: 30cm x 1m wide.
