This variety of pomegranate is noted for its rich, red colour and sharp flavour, ‘Wonderful’ can be eaten as fresh fruit or juiced. It is more popular because the seeds of it are less woody than others. A vigorous and productive Mediterranean fruiting plant suitable for growing in dryer parts of the garden. Frost and drought tolerant when established.
