Bing produces very large, mahogany red, firm and sweet fruit which have an excellent tangy cherry flavour. It is large, spreading and productive. The leaves are dark green and smooth. The smooth, glossy, reddish bark is another notable feature of this beauty.
Bing produces fragrant, white flowers and large, heart-shaped fruit. For best growth place it in light, sandy soil that is well drained, but receives adequate water.
