Phormium tenax
Blood Diamond (New Zealand Flax Lily) is a compact, arching, flax with a wide habit and stunning, deep burgundy red with light reddish pink margins. Grows to an eventual height of 1-2m. It loves a position of full sunlight and moist soil. This is an easy plant to grow and is drought, coastal and heat tolerant. Great as a small specimen that is a real eye-catcher!
