A low maitenence, hardy native grass very simillar to it’s sister Dianella revoluta but has a wider leaf and a little bigger growth habit. Can reach 1m in growth wide green straped foliage and blue – violet flowers from spring. Tolerant of frosts and snow, can handle coastal locations with poor soils and attracts birds from it’s blue berries that appear.
