Golden Marjoram is tough, fast growing plant that makes an excellent groundcover. It has bright, greenish-gold foliage and tiny, pinky-mauve flowers that are displayed in Summer. It will also grow in semi-shade, but the foliage will lose its golden colour. The herb is very tasty and can be used in salads, tomato sauces, on tomato-rich pizzas or in casseroles!
