The Coral Gum (Coolgardie Gum) is a small to medium spreading native, bird attracting tree with rough grey to black bark.

The bark will flakes rather than peels. Leaves are lance like and greyish green in colour and it produces bunches of large flowers which are coral-pink in colour.
